Don Scheible, R.A., the founding principal of Scheible
& Associates, is recognized as an expert in Disaster
Recovery, particularly FEMA’s Public Assistance program.
Through an affiliation with Fluor Corp., Don has gained
extensive expertise in FEMA’s Public Assistance
program having assisted in the recovery of Louisiana
and Mississippi following hurricanes Katrina and Rita
in 2005, a tornado which destroyed Greensburg, KS
in 2007 and, in 2010, severe flooding in Millington, TN
and Ames, IA.
